Michaela Huser

Michaela Huser (born June 15, 1987 , legal resident in Wettingen ) is a Swiss politician of the Swiss People's Party (SVP). She has been a member of the Grand Council of the Canton of Aargau since 2017 .

Huser has a master's degree in economics and business administration and works as an economist for a Swiss insurance company. She has been a resident councilor in her residential and home community of Wettingen since 2014 . There she belongs to the SVP parliamentary group and is its parliamentary group president. In the elections in autumn 2016 she was elected to the Grand Council and has been a member of it since January 1, 2017.

In October 2019, she ran for the SVP in the National Council elections . With her 50,025 votes, she lacked around 5,000 votes for entry into parliament.
