Mikhail Jurjewitsch Zurabow ( Russian Михаил Юрьевич Зурабов ; born October 3, 1953 in Leningrad ) is a Russian politician and diplomat.

From 2004 to 2007, Zurabov was Minister of Health and Social Affairs of the Russian Federation. Since May 13, 2000 he was an advisor to the Russian President and from August 5, 2009 to July 28, 2016 he was the Russian Ambassador to Ukraine based in the Russian Embassy in Kiev . Furthermore, since January 19, 2010, he has been the Special Representative of the President of the Russian Federation on trade and economic relations with Ukraine.

Mikhail Zurabov is married and has five children.
