Michelangelo Falvetti

Michelangelo Falvetti (born December 29, 1642 in Melicuccà (Calabria), † 1692 in Messina ) was an Italian composer and conductor.

The priest Michelangelo Falvetti was Kapellmeister in Palermo from 1670 , where he founded the Unione dei Musici. From 1682 he was "Maestro della Real Cappella di questa nobile città di Messina ". Some oratorios have been preserved.
