Microbiological Research is a scientific journal for microbiology . It appeared for the first time as the Central Journal for Bacteriology, Parasite Science and Infectious Diseases in 1896. Until 1981 it was called the Central Journal for Bacteriology, Parasite Science, Infectious Diseases and Hygiene and from 1982 to 1993 the Central Journal for Microbiology .
All essays are one year after its publication as a PDF file made freely available ( English delayed open access ).
