MPF-III

The Microprofessor III (MPF III) is a home computer that was brought onto the market in 1983 by Multitech (now Acer ). It is also an Apple clone of the Apple IIe computer. In contrast to the company's first two computers, this computer was influenced by the IBM PC . Due to additional functions in the ROM and in the graphics, the computer was not fully compatible with the Apple IIe.

One of the special features of the MPF III was its Chinese BASIC , a Chinese variant of the BASIC programming language based on Applesoft BASIC . The computer was also equipped with a Z80 card. This allowed the CP / M operating system to run.
