Midas (potter)
Midas was a Greek potter who worked in Athens in the 1st half of the 6th century BC. Chr.
He is only known from his signature on the handle of a red-figure vase in the shape of a woman's head, which John D. Beazley assigned to class G (= London class) of the head vessels. The vase found in Kamiros is now in Rhodes, Archaeological Museum 12913.
