Menaidas
Menaidas was a Boeotian potter, active in the 1st half of the 6th century BC. Chr.
He is only known by his signature on four vessels:
- Aryballos Paris, Louvre CA 128
- Aryballos in the shape of a canteen Athens, Kanellopoulos Museum 737
- Aryballos in the form of a pomegranate Bonn, Academic Art Museum 2128
- Pear-shaped alabastron , Heidelberg, University of Antiquities Museum Z 1
He made all four vessels after the inscription for a certain Charops.
