Dresden, Lindengasse 14

The tenement house at Lindengasse 14 in Dresden was built from April 15, 1901 to March 15, 1902 by Felix Reinhold Voretzsch in Art Nouveau style, with construction costs amounting to 100,000 marks. The building was destroyed in the air raids on Dresden in 1945 .

The four-story manorial building had a sandstone facade that took up four axes. A rectangular bay window rested over an asymmetrically designed portal. To the left and right of the bay window was a balcony with arched bars. Putti were worked into the portal surround as an artistic building sculpture. While there was a smoking room with a skylight on the first floor, the first and second floors were combined into a single family apartment.
