The converted attic has dormer windows aligned with the window axes. The late classical plastered facade of the building reveals various decorative elements such as plaster blocks on the ground floor. The windows on the street side are mostly grouped into groups of two and have stuccoed parapet fields on the ground floor and common sills , consoles and roofs on the upper floor .

There was once a shop on the ground floor of the building . In the courtyard of the building is a one and a half storey workshop annex. In 1994 the building was in good condition, and some renovations were needed. In 1994, the owner was Südost Woba Dresden GmbH , which was then planning to sell.
