Rental villa Anton-Graff-Straße 22
The rental villa Anton-Graff-Straße 22 is a listed Art Nouveau residential building in the Striesen district of Dresden and was built in 1904 for Emelie Wagenlöhner, who was married to an entrepreneur who was active in the building trade (“building trades”).

The building was built as a three-storey, detached house with a loft. While outside there are only Art Nouveau ornaments on the balcony grilles and the garden fence, inside there are many stucco work and a large, richly decorated ceiling painting in this style.
