The rental villa semicircle Road 12 is a listed Art Nouveau -Wohnhaus in Dresden district of Plauen , the 1903 Arthur school was built by William Skitterer for the resident Gustav.

Due to the neglect and decay during the war, post-war and GDR times, it was not (any longer) possible to restore the original condition in the 1990s; the restoration had to be limited to essential facade details on the outside, which were, however, restored with great care were.

The two-storey house with a hipped roof has a facade, the front length of which is four axes wide, with a centrally mounted risalit claiming two axes. The top of the risalit shows a tail gable with rich stucco ornamentation in Art Nouveau style.
