Rental villa Reinickstrasse 9

The rental villa Reinickstraße 9 is a listed, detached apartment building on the street named after the poet and painter Robert Reinick in the Striesen district of Dresden .

The three-storey rental villa with a loft was built in 1903 for the stonemason assistant Rudolf Steinbacher in Art Nouveau style. Helas / Peltz give as a description: "six-axis front, four-axis central projection of irregular formation", which is obviously a mistake: the villa was built seven-axis with three-axis central projection. According to Helas / Peltz it is a "differently structured plaster sandstone building" with figurative and floral ornamentation.
