Mike Mercer

Mike Mercer (actually Michael Mercer; born April 28, 1947 ) is a former Canadian shot putter .

In 1971 he won bronze at the Pan American Games in Cali , in 1978 he was fourth at the Commonwealth Games in Edmonton , and in 1981 he took bronze at the Pacific Conference Games .

In 1971 he became Canadian champion. He set his personal best of 19.38 m on June 19, 1980 in Scarborough .
