Miki Nakatani ( Japanese 中 谷 美 紀 , Nakatani Miki ; born January 12, 1976 in Tokyo Prefecture ) is a Japanese actress and singer. Since 1993 she has appeared in more than 60 film and television productions. She became internationally known for her role in the horror film Ring - The Original . In 2006 she won the Asian Film Award for Best Actress. In addition to her native Japanese, Miki speaks English and French .
