content

The main character is the talking robot Microbi. It has three legs and four eyes (three in the front, one on the back of the head). He can stretch his neck like an accordion . He can fly (with jet propulsion on his feet) and even swim and dive (using small propellers), although he is continually worried about rusting on contact with water. The Krrchck sound and the flashing of his eyes while he speaks are characteristic. A bioreceptor helps him track down alien life forms. With the help of a translation device and a built-in interpreter unit, Mikrobi can understand extraterrestrial languages.

Mikrobi is programmed to take care of little Pepe (in the original: Peppe ) while his mother is out and about . During this time he goes on trips to other planets in the family's spaceship with Pepe and his siblings Pille and Peter and their friend Plumpi. They meet a wide variety of extraterrestrial beings and experience numerous curious adventures.

  1. An e-mail request to Icestorm Distribution in October 2012 as to why the German DVD only contains 12 instead of 13 episodes resulted in the following response from the publisher: “We are not aware of any specific reason why the 13th episode is not in German. We were only given the other episodes with German dubbing. "
