Milanaise

Milanaise is a light twill , a woven fabric made of cotton or viscose .

The weave is a 3-thread weft . The fabric has little sheen and a soft feel. The body diagonal is only slightly pronounced. Milanaise was mainly used for the back of vests and pocket linings . In 1997 it was said to be “hardly on the market”.
