Miles D. White (* 1955 in Minneapolis , Minnesota ) is an American manager .
Life
White graduated from Stanford University . He then worked for the US company McKinsey & Company . In 1984 White moved to Abbott Laboratories in Chicago , where he is Chairman of the Board and CEO .
White has been a member of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences since 2011 .
