Splenic lymph nodes ( Nodi lymphoidei [Nll.] Splenici , obsolete Nll. Lienales ) are a group of lymph nodes located at the portal of the spleen (Greek σπλήν splēn , Latin lien ). The lymph nodes receive lymph from the spleen and the gastric fundus and divert it via the Nodi lymphoidei celiaci or the upper pancreatic lymph nodes .
