Mingzhu Dong (* 1956 Chinese: 董 明珠) is a Chinese entrepreneur. She is the president of Gree Electric Appliances and is ranked 44th on the list of the most powerful women in the world according to Forbes .

Mingzhu Dong is known for her authoritarian stance and is a believer in video surveillance in public spaces.
