Ministry of Transport and Communication of the Republic of Kazakhstan
The Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan ( Kazakh Қазақстан Республикасы Көлік және коммуникация министрлігі , Russian Министерство транспорта и коммуникаций Республики Казахстан , English Ministry of transport and communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan ), the Department of Transportation and one of 18 ministries of Kazakhstan . Askar Kuanyschewitsch Schumagalijew has been the minister since January 2012 .

The Ministry is the central executive body of the Kazakh government for carrying out and managing the coordination of the development and implementation of the state policy in the field of transport and communication.
