Minuscule 92 (numbered after Gregory-Aland ), A 12 ( from Soden ) is a Greek minuscule manuscript of the New Testament on 141 sheets of parchment (26 × 20 cm). Using paleography , the manuscript was dated to the 10th century. It is complete.

The manuscript contains the text of the Gospel according to Mark . It was written in one column with 31–32 lines each. The manuscript contains tables of the κεφαλαια, τιτλοι, Bilder, Katene and scholia .

The Greek text of the Codex represents the Byzantine text type . Kurt Aland placed it in Category V a.

history

The manuscript belongs to Johannes Camerarius, Bishop of Worms, in 1485 . Later it belonged to Andreas Faesche in Basel.

It was examined by Johann Jakob Wettstein and John William Burgon .

The code has been in the Basel University Library in Basel since 1773 (O. II. 27).
