Mireia Cornudella i Felip (born November 4, 1966 in Barcelona , Spain ) is a regatta participant from Catalonia who has won the sailing world championship twice.

Life

Mireia Cornudella i Felip was the 1984 youth world champion in the Vaurien class . Four years later, in 1988 she won the bronze medal at the World Championships in the same class with her sister Núria Cornudella. On the occasion of the Olympic Games in Barcelona in 1992 she was honorary director of the ECHO rescue department. Between 1994 and 2006 she worked at the Barcelona Municipal Sailing Center and since 2007 she has been part of the Barcelona World Race organization team .
