Mirjana Bjelogrlić-Nikolov

Mirjana Bjelogrlić-Nikolov ( Serbian-Cyrillic : Мирјана Бјелогрлић-Николов; * 1961 in Belgrade , Yugoslavia ) is a Serbian television journalist and author.

Life

After completing her diploma studies at the Philological Faculty of the University of Belgrade , Mirjana Bjelogrlić-Nikolov began her longstanding work as a journalist for the public broadcaster Radio-Televizija Srbije . From 2006 to 2015 she was editor-in-chief of the station's culture department and under her direction the new program of the Kulturjournals (Kulturni Dnevnik) was created.

The author of two volumes of prose received the renowned Isidora Sekulić Prize for her first literary work, Stories for a Boring Afternoon (Priče za dosadno popodne) .
