Mixed food

A mixed diet is generally a diet that contains both vegetable and animal products.

The meals of a diet are also referred to as such , which combine the supply of people with the necessary nutrients in a varied and balanced manner . As a rule, the energy content of food consists of 50 to 55% carbohydrates , 30 to 35% fats and 15 to 22% of protein or protein . The food is put together according to the principles of the food pyramid . The mixed diet also forms the basis for special forms of nutrition such as the reduction diet and the energy-reduced mixed diet .
