Modelist-Konstruktor ( Russian Моделист-конструктор ) is a Russian - Soviet journal for science and technology, which is aimed at hobby designers / hobbyists. The topics of the magazine are the development of own devices or technology (e.g. amateur computer, hover vehicle, amateur airplane, etc.). The monthly booklet offers drawings and detailed instructions for building them yourself. The magazine's authors are inventors and designers.

The first issue of the magazine "Junii modelist-Konstruktor" (German young modelist constructor ) was released in August 1962. Aircraft designer Andrei Tupolev and Vladimir Ilyushin , as well as the cosmonaut Yuri Gagarin gave the starting signal. In 1966 the monthly magazine changed its name to Modelist-Konstruktor . It contributes to the development and creativity of the Russian people in the technical field.
