Modernine TV ( Thai สถานี โทรทัศน์ โม เดิ ร์ น ไน น์ ; to 2002, channel 9 ) is in Thailand nationwide terrestrial air TV operators. The broadcaster is owned and operated by MCOT, a former state-owned company that was privatized in 2004, but whose largest shareholder is still the Treasury. In the second quarter of 2011, Modernine had an average audience rate of 9.1% and an advertising market share of 20.1%.
