Mohamed Abdel Fattah (born November 20, 1976 ) is a former Egyptian road cyclist .
In 1999 Mohamed Abdel Fattah won the fifth stage of the Tour of Egypt and the team time trial with his team . In the overall standings, he finished second behind his team-mate Amr Elnady . He also came in second overall in the Tour of FYR of Macedonia . In the 2001 season he won the Tour of Algeria and was again second overall behind Amr Elnady on the Tour of Egypt. At the African Championships in the same year he won the bronze medal in the individual time trial.
