Egypt tour

The Tour of Egypt ( Arabic واف مصر) is an Egyptian bike race .

The Tour of Egypt is one of the oldest stage races in Africa. It has been official since 1954, when Lieutenant Colonel Gamal Abdel Nasser took power. It takes place annually in February. The race is part of the UCI Africa Tour and is classified in category 2.2. The record winner is the Egyptian Amr Elnady , who has so far been the only driver to win twice and also the only Egyptian ever to win.
