Polychronis Tzortzakis ( Greek Πολυχρόνης Τζωρτζάκης , born January 3, 1989 in Chania ) is a Greek track and road cyclist .
Polychronis Tzortzakis was the 2007 Greek champion in the junior class road race. On the track, he won the national junior championship title in the points race. The next year he was elite champion in Madison together with Giorgos Tzortzakis . On the road, he won part of the Venizeleia stage race and the Spata City Circuit. In 2009 he defended his championship title at Madison and he won another stage at Venizeleia. Tzortzakis has been driving for the Greek Continental Team Heraklion Kastro-Murcia since 2010 .
