Mohammad Amin Haidar al-Aulaqi ( Arabic محمد أمين حيدر العولقي, DMG Muḥammad Amīn Ḥaidar al-ʿAulaqī , often Ameen after English translation ; * April 29, 1980 in Jeddah ) is a former Saudi Arabian soccer player . He won the Saudi Arabian championship five times and took part in the 2006 World Cup.

Career

Amin was one of the most important players in al-Ittihad of Jeddah , the strongest team in Saudi Arabia 2000s. In 2004 and 2005 they won the Asian club championship twice in a row . The dangerous midfielder was also able to book five national championships and two cup wins.

From 2005 to 2007 Mohammad Amin was also in action for the Saudi Arabian national team and also played in qualifying for the 2006 World Cup in Germany. There he took part in Saudi Arabia's World Cup squad .

He left al-Ittihad in 2009 and retired in 2011.
