Mohammad Hashem Cheshti
Mohammad Hashem Cheshti (* in Kabul ; † 1994 in Germany ) was an Afghan composer and musician . He played tabla , sitar , guitar , harmonium and sarod . In 1994 he was murdered by one of his students for an unknown reason.
Ustad Hashem has given numerous concerts in Afghanistan, Iran , Tajikistan , Pakistan , India as well as in Europe and the United States .
