Moins ( proper spelling Moins! ) Journal romand d'écologie politique is a French-language newspaper for political ecology from Switzerland . It has been published every two months since 2012 and represents the views of the French political school of thought of the movement critical of growth ( décroissance ). The French word “moins” means “less” and refers explicitly to growth criticism .

The editorial office is based in Vevey in French-speaking Switzerland . For the International Degrowth Conference 2014 in Leipzig , an edition of Moins! Was published, translated into German .
