Momo is a producer of steering wheels and rims, which are mainly used in motorsport , but also in the upscale accessories area for automobiles or as special models on the computer for racing simulations. In addition, tuning and racing parts and accessories are sold (driver equipment , six-point seat belts, helmets, kart equipment).

Momo is an abbreviation for Mo retti, Mo nza, after the name of the company founder and Italian racing driver Giampiero Moretti (1944–2012) and the company headquarters in Monza . The company was founded in the early 1960s. 1964 was Ferrari - Formula 1 -vans of world champion John Surtees equipped with a Momo steering wheel.

The steering wheels were usually too expensive for series vehicles; one was limited to the accessories trade. A second, less demanding product line for approved accessories was opened under the name “Momo Corse”. The classic "Momo" products are designed for use in racing.

In cooperation with the Swiss manufacturer of computer accessories Logitech , steering wheels and pedal sets for racing simulations were created .
