Monastero
Monastero is the Italian word for monastery (derived from the Latin monastery ).
The following Italian municipalities in Piedmont have this name:
- Monastero Bormida in the province of Asti,
- Monastero di Lanzo in the province of Turin,
- Monastero di Vasco in the province of Cuneo.
The Swiss place Müstair is called Monastero in Italian.
