The Mons Gruithuisen Delta is a mountain on the Earth's moon . Next door is the Gruithuisen crater at 32 ° 54 'N / 39 ° 42' W. It has a diameter of 15 km. It has been named after the German astronomer Franz von Paula Gruithuisen since 1935 .

The Mons Gruithuisen Delta was named after the crater in 1976.
