Moorhuhn 2 - The hunt continues is a shoot 'em up from Phenomedia released in 2000 . The game is about killing chickens flying by with a shotgun. It is the second game in the well-known game series Moorhuhn in Germany .
Gameplay
The two-dimensional sidescroller Moorhuhn 2 aims to collect as many points as possible in 90 seconds. This is mainly achieved by shooting chickens flying past, the so-called grouse. The greater the distance between the player and the chicken, the more points the player gets. If the number of points is high enough, an entry is made in the highscore table, where the player can then compare himself with his own points or preset points of fictitious players. The game is mainly played with the mouse, but the field of view can also be moved horizontally with the keyboard. The player does not see his weapon during the entire game.
successor
On Grouse two games followed in 2003 Grouse - Winter Edition and grouse 3 - ... There's chicken! . The games hardly differ from Moorhuhn 2 in terms of graphics, gameplay and plot .
