The Morris Glacier is a 16 km long glacier in the Ross Dependency of Antarctica . In the Transantarctic Mountains it flows from Mount Daniel in a northerly direction to the Ross Ice Shelf on the Dufek Coast , which it reaches between the Lillie Range and the Clark Spur .
The southern group of the 1963-1964 campaign as part of the New Zealand Geological Survey Antarctic Expedition named the glacier. Namesake is Commander Marion E. Morris (1926-2005) of the United States Navy , head of the VX-6 flight squadron, which flew the southern group to their locations.
