Moselfest Winningen
The Moselfest Winningen takes place annually in Winningen on the Moselle . It is organized by the local tourist association and is one of the traditional wine festivals in the Moselle wine-growing region .
The ten-day festival begins on the Friday before the last Saturday in August and ends on the Sunday of the following week with the final fireworks display, “The Moselle in the magic of fire”.
During the Moselle Festival, performances of a home play, mostly written for this occasion, take place on the festival stage in the center of the village.
