Enrique Fernández Romero (born June 23, 1971 in Jerez de la Frontera , Cádiz province ) is a Spanish football player .
The left defender was active at Valencia CF until 1997 and moved to the Spanish island club RCD Mallorca in 1997 . After a year he moved to Deportivo La Coruña in 1998 , where he played for the first time in 2000 for the Spanish national team. Until 2004 it was used there sporadically; Romero has a total of 10 internationals.
