Mount Andromeda is a 550  m high mountain on Candlemas Island in the archipelago of the South Sandwich Islands . It is the higher and southerly of the two ice domes (the other is Mount Perseus ) and the highest point on the island.

The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named it in 1971 after Andromeda , a figure from Greek mythology .
