Mount Perseus is a 455  m high mountain on Candlemas Island in the South Sandwich Islands archipelago . It is the lower and more northerly of two ice domes on the island; the other is Mount Andromeda .

The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named it in 1971 after Perseus , a figure from Greek mythology .
