Mukišanu
Mukišanu ( Hurrian D Mu-ū-ki-ša-nu-un; Hittite Mu-ki-ša-nu) is a vizier of the Hurrian - Hittite god Kumarbi . His name is considered a derivation of the place name Mukiš .
He is known from cuneiform texts found in Alalach , which were edited in the series Cuneiform texts from Boğazköy . He rarely appears in myth : In the Ḫedammu myth he appears as the one who invites Ḫedammu to a secret meeting with the sea god , without being seen by the moon or sun god or the gods of the earth on his journey there. In the Ullikummi myth, he takes a back seat to Impaluri , another vizier of Kumarbi.
In cult he appears in Šamuḫa , where sacrifices were made to him together with other viziers of different gods together with the main goddess Šawuška .
