Muling

Muling ( 穆棱 市 , Mùlíng Shì ) is an independent city that belongs to the administrative area of ​​the independent city ​​of Mudanjiang in the southeast of the Chinese province of Heilongjiang . It has an area of ​​6,094 km² and has 330,000 inhabitants.

The Xiaosifangshan -Stätte ( Xiaosifangshan Yizhi小四方山城址), a city in the Warring States Period to Jurchen dynasty , is since 2006 on the list of monuments of the People's Republic of China (6-63) .

Administrative structure

At the municipal level, Muling is made up of five large municipalities , three municipalities and two state forest offices. These are:

  • Bamiantong community (八面 通 镇), capital, seat of the city government;
  • Greater community Maqiaohe (马桥河镇);
  • Muling municipality (穆棱 镇);
  • Xiachengzi Municipality (下 城子 镇);
  • Greater community Xingyuan (兴源镇);
  • Fulu Parish (福 录 乡);
  • Community Gonghe (共和乡);
  • Hexi municipality (河西 乡);
  • Bamiantong Forest Bureau (八面 通 林业局);
  • Muling Forestry Office (穆棱 林业局).
