The Muroo Akame Aoyama Quasi National Park ( Japanese 室生赤目青山国定公園 , Murou akame aoyama kokutei kōen ) is one of over 50 quasi national parks in Japan. The Nara Prefecture is responsible for the management of the park. The park was named on December 28, 1970. With the IUCN Category V, the park area is classified as a Protected Landscape / Protected Marine Area .
