The Murpheys Bluff is a mountain in the southern Australian state of Tasmania . It is located at the northwest end of the Frankland Range above Lake Pedder .
To the west is The Citadel and to the southeast is Cleft Peak . Below its northwest flank is the Bluff Tarn , a mountain lake.
