Louis-Senlecq Museum in L'Isle-Adam

The Musée d'Art et d'histoire Louis Senlecq in L'Isle-Adam , a French commune in the Val-d'Oise department in the Île-de-France region , opened in 1951. The museum is located in the former school building of the Confrérie de Saint-Joseph at number 46 Grande-Rue.

The museum, which was named after the former mayor of L'Isle-Adam Louis Senlecq, deals in its permanent exhibition with the history of the place and its representation by artists such as Camille Corot (1796–1875), Charles-François Daubigny (1817–1878) u. a. who painted here in the 19th and 20th centuries.

In addition, there are temporary exhibitions that deal with regional topics.
