Musalla Taşı is the first studio album by the Turkish musician Orhan Gencebay . It was published in 1969 and contains 10 titles.
History of origin
The songs on the album were released in the years 1968-69 on 7 ″ records and in 1969 on cassette and CD in the form of an album. The publications from 1968 were made by Topkapı Plakçılık and Moda Plakçılık , those from 1969 by İstanbul Plak . The album was published in 1969 by Harika Plakçılık .
Meyhaneci (Musalla Taşı) is the only song that was previously released as an Extended Play and whose lyrics were written by Cengiz Çerezcioğlu rather than Orhan Gencebay himself. He plays the saz himself on all the songs; they were also arranged by him .
