Musto Ltd. ( Spelled MUSTO ) is a British clothing manufacturer based in Laindon .

The company mainly produces sports, leisure and hunting clothing. The range also includes shoes that are mainly provided with functional textiles. The production of sailing clothing is the main business area. The company is on the market worldwide and supports many sailing teams and sailors.

Musto is distributed by Helly Hansen in Germany, Austria and Switzerland . Musto is the partner of the German Sailing Association, the German Sailing Team and sponsor of Boris Herrmann.

The company's founder is Keith Musto , who won the silver medal in the Flying Dutchman at the 1964 Olympic Games in Tokyo . He initially manufactured sails and switched his product line to sailing clothing from 1971, before it was later expanded to today's scope. Musto is still chairman of the board today.
