Mwinga Mwanjala
Mwinga Mwanjala (born January 13, 1960 ) is a former Tanzanian middle and long distance runner .
At the British Commonwealth Games in Christchurch in 1974, she reached the semi-finals over 800 m and was eliminated over 1500 m in the preliminary run. In 1978 she was seventh at the Commonwealth Games in Edmonton over 3000 m and failed over 1500 m in the preroll.
At the 1980 Olympic Games in Moscow, she started over 800 m and 1500 m, but did not get beyond the first round. Also in the 3000-meter run of the Olympic Games in 1984 , she was eliminated in the preliminary run.
