Myachi

The Myachi is a colorful, sand-filled sack about the size of a key case, with which you can play the game of skill of the same name .

You throw the bag into the air, then catch it with the back of your hand or your feet and throw it up again. The goal is to keep the Myachi in the air as long as possible. Myachi can be played alone or in a group.

The movements are flowing, the whole body is confronted with round and healthy movement sequences. For this reason, the Myachi is often used in therapy, for example for partial performance weaknesses and motor problems. In addition, the sport trains both halves of the player's brain through the overarching movements.
